i once sold a bus and made $280 in deposits from 'super keen ppl' before i actually sold it to a couple that took it then and there.. and couldn't beleive the find they got..
anyway from then on i utilise the saying 'if your fair dinkum' at least 20% deposit or $500 - 1k dep..' this flushes the tyre kickers out and have had an excellent succes rate!
