Kombi convoy Nimbin Mardigrass- up from Sydney or south of Nimbin

Hi Fellow V-dubbers!

Just thought i would see if there is anyone from sydney going up to nimbin for the Kombi convoy at the mardi-grass??????

So far the are two of us going up in our Kombi's for some relaxation, just curious to see who else may be headed up that way at the end of May.

Convoy meets & starts off at Lismore.
There is also a group that meets at Byron also &
heads over to Lismore beforehand to join all the others

Didn't see any mention of Kombi Konvoy.
We might co-ordinate some groups to head down to Byron for the start from different area's?
In the past they leave Byron ~5pm Friday night. Kombi arrival in Nimbin is the start of the Mardi Grass.
It's been great in the past but, loosing much of it's original appeal I think. Still worth it for the Konvoy I guess.
I notice they have now separated the Hemp march to the following week end.
