Forum Help... Photos posting rules?

Hey guys, new around here and I'm keen to fit in (you seem like an awsome friendly bunch of guys and gals), I'm just interested in clarifying some of the rules regarding photos.

Obviously no offensive images (other than say . . . Adolf Hitler eating a watermellon or dancing a jig 😉 ), no problem for me there.

Where should I post pictures? How does the "Pic of the Week" forum work?

Should I attach or should I post? Does it matter re: bandwidth?

Then if you want to link to photos you've uploaded to your own website, here is a how-to:

This is best for bandwidth because the image is hosted by another site and therefore not using up AVD bandwidth.

Andrew may give some more technical details though as a lot of it is over my head!

Register with someone like photobucket.com or register with the AVD Gallery and post your pics from there.

Pic of the week is bassicly anything VW related or funny, or interesting

Yeah, no worries hosting pics, I'm a member in about a dozen Subaru forums, almost all with galleries, so that's no drama. Cheers, thanks for the advice.
