This 1967 Left hand Drive European Beetle with Yellow colored headlamps was bought by an Aussie while on Holiday in France...
He Drove it around on Holidays in Europe then bought the Beetle home with Him...
Anyone know what ever happened to it... ??
the photo was taken at the Nationals... maybe at the other venue!!
As You can see, it still had horn grills but Vertical headlamps
blade bumpers - Late wheels & hubcaps - white blinker housings and wipers.. early bonnet catch with thin chrome strips... No strip on the bonnet ..
No chrome around the windows....
Towel rail bumpers were never on European Beetles...
French number plate... I think [from memory] it was a 1200 cc
engined Beetle with Drum brakes all round..
