What are people's experiences with Kadrons off-road? I am kinda planning to build a Cape York killer Baja around my Kadron-fed 1916 when I get my new monster Pobjoy 1916 engine in my street fighter Oval in a year or so. I noticed today, on my VERY steep driveway that the 1916 I have now (edit whoops it's an old 1600 mule engine!!) stumbles and farts on inclines. I think it is the carbs over-fuelling the engine etc. Which raises the question, are kadrons okay for off-road use or should I look at something else?

:thumb or should I buy a Syncro?!

yeah, I need to be able to crawl up rock ledges etc (conditions the Winch Wankers would call 'low range work') which is a little different to a flat-chat burn in the dunes! Need to know if the carbies can handle angles - mine seem not to

I always had issues with my kadrons on steep rocky terrain. The bowls overflowed and caused flooding. I'm selling my pobjoy and efi setup soon and going the Subi route if yer interested...no problems with efi😉
