the four stud only come in 4.5 or 5.5s though the 4.5 are hard to get in Oz but Andy would be your best bet with the 4.5 from Cip

Vintage in Sydney have new wheels chromies 15 x 5.5 give them a call 02-9789-1777 good quality chrome done here in Aussie ...
not cheap Tawinese or Brazilian crap chrome.
