where to get new roof for Golf convertible?

Hi...

I have '95 Golf Convertible which needs a new roof. Any recommendations for places in Sydney which would do a good job with that (preferably in the Hornsby / Castle Hill area)?

Yep, I've checked with the local VW dealership, and they were not able to do it, and not sure who could!

They did give me a name of someone who does car trim work in case he could help. I will see him next week to talk it through.

I thought I'd prefer to go with someone who's already done this before, and who was recommended, rather than to someone who "just might be able to do the job".

Thats strange that VW can't help you. I would expect them to! I agree with you, I would not like to take my car to someone who "might" be able to do the job.

I did only check one VW dealership - and that was just because it is around the corner from where I live. I may check with others next week. We'll see if there's any recommendations from the VW-lovers in this community over the weekend!
