Ijust wanted to know if anybody who has had 15" porsche rims on a balljoint beetle and changed to 16" could tell me if they had any improvement in turning circle (clearance on suspension components) after they swapped them over or if it went the other way and got worse? I'm currently running 6" wide cookie cutters and thinking of going to 16" fuchs but dont want to lose any more turning circle than I have already.
Oh yeah and what are you using for spare wheels.
Cheers

So a space saver rim will take a "normal" tyre ? I'd been led to believe they wouldnt.

yeah thats right 165x15 is what I had been told will go on. Its looks about that size. This is from the UK so not sure if any regs are different here.
