Hey there. Can anybody translate this? Or at least tell me what language it's in? Yes it's a long shot but I need to know what it means for my uni project...

I'd say Korean at first glance. Unfortunately, that's all I can say about it.

It is a diagram of a LIGA machine. It is used for doing micro fabrication. It is hooked up to a synchrotron and uses x-rays to make polymer molds and parts.

I just need to find out all the names of the components and it's hard to find any experts who know how it is put together. They know how to use it, but not how to build it...

Well its obviously asian. From my past studies, it looks more Japanese to me, rather than chinese. Maybe at your uni, u should call around and see if the uni has courses or degrees on LOTE (Language other than english), or if they have foreign language studies etc. (I know a Griffith Uni that does it up here, cause my semi-date from last year is studying it along with education).

Go up to their office, and see what they can determine from it.😀 Goodluck mate
