got this book today has anyone else read it
it has some fascinating stuff in it

computer crashed a week ago expert fixed it not once not twice all even the third time today was the fourth time
lost 5yrs of shop data scewed up pic transfers & im afraid
to see what else doesnt "expert at what" i just fixed the
pic transfers & im computer iliterat (stupid)

Hi,
I have a copy, I bought it off Amazon.com in the USA...
Strangely enough, I also know the author Simon Glenn from Toowoomba....
He owns a fully restored VW Type 411 and a Kombi... type 25??
Did You notice He took most of the pics in the book too...
So, He has travelled extensively....
He also frequents this site..... I think....

yeh read some of it he's gone all over,
the kombi i have started in england in 74 then to
europe & asia then africa mate its got some nice
logbook stamps in it, im going to study the book
carefully might see my kombi in it doubt it but you never know

& thanks roy got vw camper today as well

it feels like xmas :tree

69' baja: kombi box, thing spindles, irs, disc front, type 3 rear drums, 2 inch lift kit, 31x10 rears. 👍
New engine in process: 94mm p&bs, 74mm C/w chomol Crank, 35.5x39 SP heads, turbo. Wierd combo, hopeful torque monsta!
