$22? i wonder how many of my mates can fit into the beetle... 22 bucks splits 8 ways nicely...
the guys and gals from the Shoalhaven VW club will be there in force ( with extras ) . I have printed 100 flyers and every customer is getting one . So far at least 12 customers that are not VW club members will be joining us ( and thats in just 3 days !! ) . Cruise leaves Berry at 1pm and heads north to the Shell service station at Albion Park Rail . ( across the road from maccas ) . Departs 2pm sharp from the Shell for a steady cruise up the F6 freeway to Mount Ousley . We will not be stopping at Mount Ousley , but if you want to join us there just jump on the end of the line . We will then take Picton road turn-off and make our way to the Hume highway (anyone from the highlands can join with us here if they wish ) where we will head north to Liverpool to meet up with the Flat Four Vee-Dub club and others . At approx. 4pm we will then join with them and cruise to the drive-in . SEE YA ALL THERE !!!
P.S had a customer today wanting to come along but doesn't have a radio ariel . Do they still have the old style speakers that hang on your window as well ??

I was telling my wife only yesterday , that the last time that I went to a drive-in movie , I was only 17 and how good was it that my 65' HD holden had a bench front seat . I sat in the middle with my girlfriend on one side and her cousin on the other , arms around both of them ! they were the good ol days...........sigh !!

Dave I took it before a movie in summer...no from a website when I did a search...they don't have a site of their own...but it was advertising Bass Hill
Goodness our club are going to Dromana Drive-In on Saturday and the top day time temperature has been 13 the last few days...brrrrrrrrrrrrrr...they have the old speaker boxes ... it will be cold with Bel's window down for the speaker :jesus
It gets frosty around Bass Hill so rug up and take the doonas :sandrine
