I have a new laptop and it has XP.
My old one also had XP and to make a picture smaller all I had to do was right click on it and pick adjust size(or something like that).
Well now I right click and there is no size adjustment option.
Can anyone help.

Cheers

It's called the Microsoft Power Toys collection. Use Google to find them.
