this is the pic of the cars parked at the kg factory
In the 1st row, 4th car from the left, this is the Type 34 Cabriolet
prototype of the Karmann museum, and the man left of the prototype with the
blue shirt and the light pants is Herr Karmann.

I got to look at the other surviving protoype owned by a VW dealer at the time back in 1997. He took me down to a massive warehouse and here it was sitting pretty much alone!
I think he has since sold it ( a couple of years ago)
What shame they didn't put them into production.
