15 speed - Shimano SIS gears
alloy bar ends
new Cro-Mo forks
Giant saddle.
Shin Rims - pretty straight and true
thru axels - not quick release
Brakes are in pieces (linear pull) not sure if all the springs are there, but I've included spares
bottom braket feels a little buckled - pretty easy to replace
headstem looks 1 degree out too
