man, http://www.volksfolks.biz. best price in aussie, better than creative, built to last not to laugh, comes WITH torsion leaves AND bearings, new ball joint if you want em as well as dropped spindles...

now doing brand new drilled/vented rotors with NEW calipers, KYB shocks, new steering shocks, drag link, shortened tie rods, sway bar and fittings, stainless brake hoses, high performance brake pads, ant to top it all the cheapest wheels in Aussie, now do creative do that?

buy and bolt on and drive in less than two hours, pay my flight i will come and fit the fekker for ya.

I have all cbb suspension through my splity and I know they make there own narrowed beams here in Australia. I think they cost around $600 from memory. They have a web address www.cbbvw.com or you can call them on 47 229 313. Hope this helps.

$600 for a Bug, not for a Bus Beam!

Checked through all my reciepts today and I paid exactly $680.00 + Gst for my 2 " narrowed ball joint bus beam to suit split screen bolt pattern in the chassie. I have all cbb boosted disc brake conversions front and rear, drop spindles, hyrolic clutch kit etc under my splity it was installed 5 years ago and I haven't touched it since. :thumb

Better than Creatives ??? big statement, what brand or make are they???
Creative sell many of thier beams in the UK and the US and now here in Aus, they are tried and tested over many years. nn[ Edited on 29-8-2005 by ClassicVW(pacific) ]
