While there is dicussion of the buying and selling area, is there anything againts ppl using 1 post for each item and filling up the 1st page?

At the top of the buying/selling parts page there are two sticky topics that stay up there - one of them is "NEW IMPORTANT RULES FOR THIS SECTION 7/3/05" which details the following:
Flooding will not be put up with.
If you have multiple items for sale, then do what everyone else does, and put them all under one post.
Alternatively, use eBay.
If you prefer to keep using multiple posts to sell multiple items, two things will happen.
1. You will be asked to sponsor the forum, as you are using it for selling purposes primarily, in which any other form would expect fees to be paid.
2. For most this won't suit, unless you are a business, so save your posts from being deleted(not even merged), I would advise the aforementioned.
it jsut seems that some rules are being enforced but some are not, thats all. I know the mods job is not easy, but as long as decisions are always done failry and with the good intentions of the forum and its members in mind i will suuport all the mods decisions.

i have had all of my posts from a couple of months back to the beginning.. that's like 3000 posts for something.. they just dissapeared.. i don't think anyone deleted them, we are dealing with computers here. Funny how those with conspiracy theories are from QLD.
If this post is all about the stainless bumpers offered.. (I suspect it is but can't be bothered looking back that far).. What does it matter if the damn thing was deleted.. I replied asking you for a price and never got a reply back.. So do you have them or not? Why do you show us goods and then never reply to interested parties?.. Seems a strange way to promote yourself..

I dont think so JVL! many requests for prices are on most of Roys threads with little or no response from him - and these arnt from shop owners, they are from punters! and it obviously pisses people off! Its a very simple rule that everyone else abides by! i dont think there would be too many people on here associated with shops that would bother stirring the pot.
