Am dead keen on getting Empi 5's for the oval.

Does Whitewalls look good with Empi 5's or should I go plain tyre? If so, should I go thin white strip or thick white strip?

Does anyone have pics of Empi 5's with whitewalls ?

All these decisions about the oval are really starting to do my head in !!!!

personally, I don't like white walls with alloys.
there's a pic of a 356 in the issue of ultra VW with the green drag beetle on the cover, running empi 5's and whitewalls, that looks pretty tasty.

put the whitewalls on some stock rims, and keep plain tyres on the 5's.

you could just get some inserts for the 5's and if you don't like them, pull them out.

Yeah alloys dont look as good as a stock rim with whitewalls. stick with just the black look.

i reckon the thin red with empi 5's would look the best... would go with the yellow too 🙂

thin whitewalls look good with empi 5s, but i dont like fat whitewalls with rims, only for stockers please.

stock 15"inch with white walls but i do like empi 5" 2 but id say go the stock with white walls

try the bug selecta tool,
that at least gives you an idea of it. Thats what I have done for future ideas to my squareback 🙂 (of course I used type3 Selecta instead)
