Just got my ultra rare type 3 rev counter that fits in where the clock used to go.

Before i do anything i just wanted to double check a few things.

I take it to remove i need to somehow get my hand up the back and squeeze the clips together and push the old clock out from the back.

To wire it up it looks like the wire coming off the back goes to the lights switch for illumination.

From left to right above the contacts is has written +12 , then 1 , then a - sign. The +12 means a 12v supply , an ignition one but i'm unsre of the other 2. Maybe the - is for an earth and the other that comes off the coil?????

I want to be sure as i dont want to knacker anything up in the process!

Anyone able to help
