76 Kombi Front Door Rubber Seals

Its... Germany...V...Brazil....

Can you tell me which brand is the better " FIT". I need to replace the seals on the doors,of the 76 Camper.
I was told by Andrew Taylor of Volks Auto Adelaide
The German ones " are a bit thick,they make the door
hard to close and put strain on the hinges"
The ones from Brazil I asked him..... are they OK ??
He said" they must be I have had no returns on them"??

I heard some time back that the ones from
Brazil do not fit to well in the corners !!

George from Classic VeeDub have the German ones
for $145 each
I'm not sure how much the ones from Brazil are ??

I just want the right fit

Let me know......guys......

I bought Brazilian 2 weeks ago and ripped 'em off after one. Very dissapointed with the fit all round.
Nearly impossible to close the doors and when they did the door bulged, after ten million attempts to align the door to close without taking off any paint I found I'd rather have the sound of the wind howling without rubbers, tempory of course.
Let me know how you go..

ahh this is a disappointing threat to read.... i seen door rubbers on ebay for $26 each, was going to get some, till I read this..... I will watch this threat with interest
