HELP!

Hey,

My mate down the road hes got a bug dunno wat year, one with a fuel cap lol:P

Anyway this bugger won't start we tried all, we even got my hilux and tried to clutch start it.

One thing i have noticed is that the accelerator cable has snapped, and im thinkin his timing is stuffed cause u hav 2 push the gas 2 keep it goin in idle and 2 start. So im thinkin he tries 2 start it and cause his gas pedal ain't doin nuthin his bug will die.

Is there anyone who agrees wit this?

Or is there anotha problem

Have you checked to see if it has an engine in it?

any petrol

may be on gas

or just pedals mate...lol

seriously, check points gap... check if spark check fuel blockage if u don't smell fuel from exhaust.
if no go check filter in pump...... check needle and float valve.clean carby.
if u dont follow get a mechanic
good luck but u need a cable first
