G'day to all, my mate has asked me to sell his 65? single cab Ute. It has not been on the road since 1979 and it's in need of a total restoration. He tells me that he did drive it off his trailer and drove it half way up a hill when a spark plug blew out but it made it up the hill on 3 cylinders! The fuel tank is rusted along with some of the body but it is fixable (We've fixed worse) here are some pics I could not find the body plate and the LHD will not open. 89842 mils, Engine Number: 19156580 I well be going buck out there on the 22nd of OCT if you wont more pics or info you can email or pm me or Ring the owner He's not VW orignated so if you ask "whats the engine?" you'll most likely get told an aircooled VW one! ph.(03)5156-9294 mob.0407 049 709 ask for Pete Price is $500 firm and pickup only! Vehicle is located at Bairnsdale, In East Gippsland Vic, approx 3.5hrs from melb! Cheers Kevin
