Air cooled, rear engined, boxer (well 2 one handed boxers...)

The flea owes a lot of design clues to the Fiat 500.

Super cute!..love to see the engine.
A microcar, no less!
If anybody likes cute microcars go here..

My Dad had the first model touring wagon..front engine but still had the spare up front over the engine.
A great car! and I've eyed off more than a few Brumby's.
Those older Japanese cars are worth a few bob to sell back to Japan, too!
A good friend of mine has a '69 colt..rare..and the thing goes like a rocket!

they were called the Colt 1100 Fastback, I saw that red one the other day, 1st one I have seen for 20 years
quiet successful in rallying, I think Colin Bond used to rally one, like many cars they were everywhere for years then disappeared off the face of the earth
Please, I need drivers side window regulator (winder mechanism) for my '54

He's also got a blue/grey SS tucked away in a shed..just rebuilt the engine..almost ready for rego!
And thanks for the info, helterskelter400..
there's a tiny but ferocious network of colt owners..any shred of info is gold!

copper asks:
"sir, while i put these handcuffs on, can you explain what are you doing excavating this sportsground, a sportsground i might add that Council has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars constructing for the community".

You reply:
"would you believe, looking for a colt, there was one parked here in the mid 80s"

enthusiasts.... haha

I KNEW the custom Sube would be slammed!
almost posted a bet that it would be!
A tasteful job, though. Retro flavours..
