...well as the title says, the plan for tommorrow is to get a saftey certificate and then rego for my 1977 Kombi.
I hope all goes well as I don't really have the time or $$$ to have to fix any more things.
I have put on new tyres, brake pads, patched up some rust, replaced wiper blades, all lights and horn work, and checked under car for leaks, perished rubbers, mounts etc.
It all looks good, old, but good.
Am I forgetting any major items to check or are there any pointers of what they may look for or pick on.
I have never been to this mechanic before and he is not a specific VW mechanic but he does drive a Kombi so I hope this goes in my favour.
