just as it is important to change your ac vw's engine oil regularly you might want to take a min and think about how old the oil is in you g'box if you havent changed it in the last year chances are you havent changed it in the last ten years make a promise to yourself (and your beloved) to give it a treat n change the oil for all those old boxes out there some new synthetic oil will do the trick( newer boxes should be run in on some heavy mineral stuff first)
while your there give those wheel bearings a new pack of grease or even replace them all this will pay for itself soon enough with less rolling resistance and the price of fuel and you n your pnj will feel much better:thumb

using my specialplug removing tool... works a treat. Put the plug back in with some teflon tape, seals it up and makes it easy to remove next time 😀
