was just showing 76 camper the pistons out of my first engine b4 i rebuilt it
all 4 have cracks on both sides right up the skirts to the oil ring seats yet that motor whilst it was a bitch when cold still ran like a normal 1600 once warmed up and she got going
it also had a shocking case of loose heads, but it had never hhad a lign bore, bearing seats were factory so i'd say it had never been fully rebuilt
friend i bought it off had owned it for 15 years and not touched the engine
