Get a www.photobucket.com account.... then you upload photos onto there (but make sure they are less than 50kb in size).
Once photos are uploaded, copy and paste the [IMG] line of text onto here, and ta-da! Easy peasy. 👍

if you use photobucket they don't need to be under 50kb because you are not using the forums band width.

You can also open your account to the public and display them there with a link like i have done on that same thread.
saves issues with the dial up users.

just make sure they are under 600 pixles though, otherwise they stretch the page
