It's VWMA actually.

Yeah, you know what they say about missing some.

Anyway, I don't like to repeat stories, so I'll have to let this one go I guess.

All the same, I have a sweet Type III coming up in the August issue.

to the editor of vwma apologize if my remark offended.
yours is a truly great magazine that I eagerly await for each issue.
I certainly would appreciate if you did a follow up story on this car.
The classic car story talked about the additional features of the rear seating etc but only provided a photo of the dash.
Do you know of any other rare type 3,s that are in australia ,what is different to the normal aussie delivered models?

No I'm not aware, but I learn something new about Volkswagens each day, and the Type III's are beginning to grow on me. Might be room for one more VW?!

If there is another angle we can take for this story (which I'm sure there is), then I'm happy to roll with it. Please send me an email with a small photo of the car for reference and your contact details, and I'll organise the rest with my photo journalist.

Oh, and I wasn't offended. With only myself and my small band of freelance photojournalists, there is only so much territory we can cover, and inevitably we can't find every valuable story. I do rely heavily on good leads and owners contacting me directly. The only thing to consider is that I do have a backlog at the moment, two issues booked in advance, so provided everyone can be patient, the stories do eventually find their way into the mag.

Classic Car do an okay job, but there's nothing like having your Volkswagen featured in a Volkswagen only mag.

Couldn't have been speaking to me. I'm the only one here. There isn't any 'they'.

And I own a one owner, unrestored 1964 standard Beetle. All tastes and types of VW will be covered in VWMA.

Must have been some other Australian Volkswagen mag?!
