what a great day out , the daughter and i thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . had a lot of interest in my wifes 356 wide body speedster cab , so i thought id throw some pics up . unfortuniatly i forgot to take my digi camera to klubfest to-day would have loved to get heaps of pics off all the great dubs there, so heres some pics that where taken when we got home after my daughter cleaned and polished moms car . ( after all she thinks its going to be hers one day she is 12 ) many many thanks to volkswagenboy ( staggers ) put in a great effort with me yesterday to pull two mtrs out , one out of a beetle another out of the 356 swap bits and pieces exhaust wiring loom etc then put the going donk back in just to get to klubfest . without you mate it would,nt have got there cheers . had big plans for this speedstar when i bought this for the wifee on our 10th wedding anniversiary but she wants it kept relatively tame . got some keen bits coming soon for the new donk, not going to tell her that the little blower im getting isnt a hair dryer hehehe . as far as i know its a 356 wide body speedstar kit from the states takes huge wheels in the arse and up front . handles like a slot car and is one of the far better kits available for a vw chasis . enjoy the pics if you want more let me know if you want to see more .
