Was down in Geelong today for work and spotted this 928 sitting in the long grass on an empty lot right on the main road in. Belong to anyone here???

Was in pretty poor shape. Looked like it has been sitting there for a while

If ever I've seen a car that's begging to be stolen, then that's it. No-one has, so it must be either a non runner or it's owned by someone who is locally known and no-one dares to steal it.

That's sad.....somebody save it :cry

I love the old 928's. Shame I've vowed never to own a Porsche after experiencing the cost of parts for the gearbox in my car....ah well

I've seen that there since the start of the year at least,... I've wanted to see how much they want for it.. and how bad it is to park on wet grass for months on end...

$9500!!!!!

can cost that for a clutch

serious piece of kit when working well, an old mate of mine had one and it cost him a fortune in parts and work. Makes a dub addiction look real cheap!

4 or V8? If it's the V8 and it's in very good nick, that price isn't horrible (but certainly not good!). I've seen rego'd V8 928's for less than this.
A POSSE AD ESSE.

No such thing as non-V8 928...

but yeah, 9.5 is top dollar for a FSH 1980s non-DOHC, not a POS parked on grass
