Music your parents made you listen to on road trips?

I was just sitting back tonight having a think about all the road trips that my parents use to take my brother and I on when we were kids. Whether it was just from brisbane to the sunny coast or brissy to canberra we were guarenteed to be stuck listening to Slim Dusty. Funny thing is that now, as a 27yr old i sneak off when my wife is not around and listen to a bit of ol' Slim. Especially "lights on the Hill". Lee.

i suppose im pretty lucky as i got to listen to michael jackson, boyz 2 men .etc when i was younger and driving around with parents.

i am a dedicated hip-hop fan now which isnt so uninfluenced/different to the music i used to hear when i was younger.

i guess the apple really doesnt fall far from the tree.
