The fact that you cant remember them does not in any way mean that they did not occur. Repent Repent for your day of judgement is but just around the corner.

I am obviously a heavenly saint, no sign of me in that shot. No doubt due to my vow of just 3 drinks per night, for the sake of C2S this sunday.

That lime green and white splitty is one of my favorites. The colors make it look so fresh. The standards of VW's at Valla was just awesome. It is really great to see that ppl are putting their own individual flavor into their projects. Makes the long trip worthwhile.

Goran (aka Krusty, aka C0*k) owns the teabag. If you thought that was wierd, you should have seen the $20 tent that he brought.

Hmm that was a tent of sinners! 🥷

Ah yes the teabag car, we know it was a special paint bruce, we saw it smeared across the rubber seals. When you get an expert group of official rat owners you can spot the difference between real rust and sub standard copies. These things take time, like a fine bottle of wine, aged to perfection, not a year old gooniecask. There was no rust under the seals, thats cheating. We know he probably got the left over paint from his missus after a betterhomes n gardens terracotta pot project! 🥷
Btw no one ask thors opinion of the 'other' rat, not happy jan! :vader

hehehe, yes the tea bag car looked like it had been done with some kind of weird sea sponge application or something.....all it needs now is some crotchet doillie seat cover thingos and it'll be a better homes n garden makeover!!!!

gawd damn i forgot how uch it sux to be on this forum and not be abl e to spell things right.....damn it ...my vocab is so limited becuase i cnat spell check.... ARGH.

yes yes.... now that homebrand has brought it up ...lets talk about THE OTHER bad attempt at a rat of a type 3!!!!!:vader:puke:puke

i heard that it was a perfectly decent t3 in reasonably good nik until some stupid baaaaarstard attacked it with a scourer and a hammer..... WTF is that all about???????
dont get me wrong....i luuuuurve the rat.....but is it not somewhat SAD when ppl take a decent car and fck it up???? i thought the idea of a rat was to buy a somewhat 'pre loved' car, spend $$$$$ on the engine etc and leave the exterior.....not purposely wreck a decent ride.

:cryhmmmm..... me thinks i may have stumbled upon a can of worms and accidently whippped out the can opener before i thought this battle thru! xxthor

Saucer of milk table 2. Thats a bit mean calling him names. Also what is the definition of wreck?? It made it there and back unlike alot of better looking cars...are they wrecks because the ownners were unable to maintain them??I saw the car when he first got it...looked like every other type 3 thats not restored/ done up/one owner low k's..... either rusty and like shit or not rusty and like shit! If he wants to try something different, its not like he couldnt return it to the way he got it, or better still, find another one to try his luck on. I think he ownes 13 cars anyway My mate turned his into a chicken coop.

That "tea bag" type 3 is pretty cool idea for a concept. The paint has fine metal filings in it, the finish depends entirely on nature to run it's course. Who knows how it is going to look next time you see it?

Yes, I agree, if We all drove stock standard VWs without any modifications....
Why would We all travel, all that way to look at them?

but I believe its OK not to like someone's car...
although probably best not to mention it on here...
so You don't upset the owner etc...
as naturally they will like what they did to their car...

So, thanks to all those who own a VW, as I love to look at them...
whether they are to My liking or Not....
I like to see what other people do to their cars...

yeah the notch's chassis mounting point has been raised up 4 inch's front / 5 inch's rear into the body
so even before u lower the sus.... its 4 /5 inchs lower :p

its an amazing car

so many trick fabbed sections
channeled , tubbed , beam mounts were raised like 1.5 inchs higher in the chassis head , the dash , narrowed rear end etc
funny to most ppl it would have just looked like an extremely low standard notch

...just wish i could "legally" rego it in nsw
