Jervis Bay Kombi Kruze, 10th September... YIPPEE.. BWM\'s first crooze!!!

All the info will be unfolding in that thread, but I'll give y'all a brief anyway... cos if you are like me you are lazy and dont like clicking links heheheheh

Basically, we are holding a leisurely all-day outing around the Jervis Bay area, Beginning at around 10am and finishing (officially... ya can leave at any time tho), at around about 4pm. Jervis Bay is about a 2hr drive south of Sydney on the south coast. 🙂

The mob will be meeting at the Log Cabin truckstop and United service station on the Princes Highway at Tomerong at 10am, and after topping off the tanks and getting any necessary supplies (lollies 😎), we will aim to leave the Loggy at around 10:15, arriving at Whitesands Park in Huskisson at a bit after 10:30 to meet up with those Kombi pilots who already live out that way, and we'll be spending the next hour and a bit there in Husky soaking up the coolness, parousing the Whitesands markets, enjoying the beach or pool (if it is open by September), sampling the local brew at the pub next door, mingling with the locals, or just talking Kombi (most likely outcome... possibly over local brew 😉 )

at around mid-day we will depart Huskisson for the relatively short hop over the lagoon to Vincentia to enjoy a BBQ and relaxevous/swim/stroll along the bush tracks/more kombi talk etc at the beautiful Greenfields Beach reserve until 2pm. 😀

From there we will head to Hyam's Beach, then possibly to Jervis Bay Village or Murrays Beach( depending upon the distance required to walk from the carpark... beautiful beach but a bit of a trek i hear). We will wrap up at around 4pm, croozing back to the Log Cabin and parting company from there. 🙂

You don't have to be a member of BWM to come and enjoy the day, and we dont's mind a splitty or watercooled caravelle here and there in the convoy, but bring a bay if ya have one! 😂
