Hi,
It sounds like they are from a 1970-71 model beetle
shouldn't matter whether they are Super or non super beetles.
the runners will be shaped like a "T" and one on each side..

Not sure what a 1974 1303S Super seat runners were like...
I have read where they changed, but not sure on the year
My books only say 1973 beetles seats have 77 different positions...
but Our seats were a different shape to the seats in late model beetles in the USA...

I think Yours would have the late runners...
never actually seen them... maybe similar to a Golf..

cheers

Lee

1975 saw the change in seating to the 3 point. U can always tell a 75 by the low indicators while having a curved screen.

i've seen an 10/74 have T rails and 11/74 have 3 point runners so that would have been when they changed over but they both would have been sold as 1975 models

even my 9/74 Lbug was sold as a 75 model

Yours is a September 1974 build

It could have either 2 runne or 3 bolt.

i have had 74's with high indicators and both sorts of seats.

This is a 3 point seat

and this is a 2 "T" runner - this is what is for sale

IF yours is like the 1st pic - they wont fit.
