The only silly thing about it is the reversed front beam with the leading arms. That's actually quite dangerous. Otherwise it's the ultimate in super customised ratrod. The halibrand wheels look fantastic too.

The whole point of custom rods is extremes. That's got it all, chopped, chanelled, smoothed, motor hanging out, fats and skinnies tyres. When I envisaged building something in a volksrod, that's almost exactly what I had in mind. seems like someone beat to it.👍

Ah OK, can you tell I don't really go to the rods & rats forum?? Oops!!

Its definitely an all or nothing car, it wouldn't work as well if it wasn't so extreme in every way. Its not really my thing but good on him for doing it, and as you say in the other thread if he saved cars from being scrapped then its a good thing.
