1 have manufactured wheel adaptors to go from 5 x 112mm to porsche pattern 5 x 130mm made from 350 grade steel theses adaptors use your standard bolts to mount to drum or disc then the splined studs to your wheel of choice. A set of 4 will cost you $400.00
