Google RUST BULLET - Volksfolks has it avaiable. You can also research POR-15 but I have found it to be a time consuming and expensive system and not as reliable as claimed. Both products are fairly expensive. I now use only Rust Bullet for any rust protection issues!

I use 'Ranex Rust Buster', works very well and also protects bare metal while you are restoring etc ( I have bare metal panels that have not rusted for over 12 months )
Just a tip on using rust convertor ..do not use it if you intend to prime with epoxy (2 pac) primer ..the residue must be all removed or it will stuff up ....another ...better option is to use a 2pac ..epoxy .."lock' eg Altex Coatings Pre Prime 167/577..the principle, after cleaning uip as best possible with wire brush or similar, is to penetrate& lock in any residual rust
Depends what you're using it for. Be careful of phosphoric acid based ones if there are seams or areas where you can't neutralise it fully. Use a tannic based one in those areas like feronite or fertan.
