Hi,

Does anyone know whether Super Beetle doors are different from late model (1969) standard model doors? I assume they are, but I'm not in a position to check, and wondering whether some bargain super beetle doors on offer would fit my '69 project bug.

68 on doors are all the same overall
only diffrences are 70 and earlier have the chrome strips arbout 10mm lower and theres a few different arm rest styles
oh yeah and the inner door handles went from all chrome 68-69 to chrome handle with plastic surround 70-72 to tottaly plastic 73 on
but all that can be switched around
not 100% sure but i think 68s had twin point lifters too
