I have a pair of Nangkang 135/R15 tyres which have travelled a measly 50klms, maybe not even!
I got these for my BRMs and they aren't really a suitable size with the car as low as it is and I have ordered some Smart car tyres which I am having put on this weekend.
So the 135's are up for grabs, I could keep them as spares for the 59, or the 55's steelies but would rather get some $$$ back on them.

ok, well they will be off the BRMs on Saturday morning, a mate is doing it at his work at Tyres 'n' More at Geebung, you are more than welcome to meet me there and take them from me. Probably the easiest way as its closer to you being in Caboolture than coming to my place at Toowong!

no probs, I'll be dropping the tyres off at my mate around 8am, then going round the corner to have something done on one of my other cars, and walking back to my mates work....so work on around 8:30am perhaps....but yeah, give me a call and we'll sort it out!
dvs_vw, How low is the bug? Mine sits around 4" lower and on a 2" narrow beam with drop spindles, I am looking at getting some smaller tyres than the 165's so I can go lower, did you run into clearance issues? how does the car handle with the smaller tyre?

Ian, mine sounds like it was about as low as yours, actually maybe a bit lower seeing as I had the 135's, I'd recommend them for sure, gotta be a little more careful in the wet and taking corners at speed, but on a lowered car...for sure. I'll let you know if Rexy doesn't call me for them.
