I have a Australian porta rack.
It has new suction cups and all the claps (complete)
This roof rack was made for volkswagen beetles.

It can be pulled down so postage is not a problem.

$400 obo

I also have a jarco Swiss made roof rack but it was for late 60's early 70's beetles.
