From memory Wayne Penrose has a mould and can get them made dude.
Also, get in touch with JVL Racing on the forum. He's the dude that made both mine and Ian's (the dude in Cairns). They are exy though... last quote I got was around $500 + postage but they're being produced thicker then our for better durability.
