This weekend went to a 4WD shop here in Perth for a ramp day.
What people do is drive there 4wds up a ramp to test the flex in there suspension and see what they can improve.
One fella rocked up in his beetle cause his 4wd was off the road, but i guess he didnt want to be excluded from all the fun.

Big biccies alright...I used to play with 4wd rigs and it cost about 15k for a full A FRAME pivoting suspension similar to whats used in CODS. So yes it can cost around $40k for a flashy suspension setup. Really depends how far you want to go... Loads of fun offroad👍

Good to see that the beetle can drive up the ramp with no camber change in the wheel, that's superior suspension design if you ask me.

u can see the swing axle style lower shock mounts and no trailing arms
