what carby should i get??

i have a 1776 motor that needs to be finished off with carby and intake manifold.
any suggestions as to what would be best suited to the engine?
am after driveability over pure performance.

OK - should ask what is the rest like??
Exhaust, cam and heads

If they are stock(ish) then "my" reccomendation is a rejetted rebushed rebuilt Pict 34/3

If you are running a fully merged header an Engle 110plus and 044's - well the Pict is a waste of time and time to get Kads, IDF/DRLAs or injection
