I have two 356 engines stashed for a rainy day. The rainy day is here because I need the $$s to finance the floor pan replacement of my current project so I am considering selling one. It is a '59 engine (#72610) which is a 1600 with Zenith carbies. Was running when taken off the previous car before I bought it. Dismantled for inspection but the case wasn't split. Heads look good. Rings good. Pistons good. Barrells good. Complete except for the muffler but can throw in a good second hand one for an extra $150. Happy to put it back together for whoever is seriously interested or take it as is so you can inspect the internals. Looking for $3,900 ono including the Zenith or happy to keep them if you are thinking of putting Webers or Solexs on it. $3,500ono without the Zenith and manifolds
