RISKY'S HOPE FOR WARWICK

RISKYBUG · 2009-03-19T10:40:35+00:00

hi everyone last year i attended warwick for the first time and loved it! i became inspired and wanted to build something to have some fun in i've had a long wheel base manx clone body for some time now and sourced a suitable pan now i have some time to get working on it, i was after some advice and adding pictures as i build it up. The pan is a BJ IRS and i'll be running a datsun L18 Engine, the front beam only has 1 adjuster in the bottom is this ok? also i have a set of type 3 torsion bars & duel spring plates should i upgrade the S-bug parts on the pan with these? any help would be great

Highly unlikely I'll ever get to race my car at Warwick.... It's a bloody long way from Fremantle!.... But Portland is a possibility.... Anybody care to sponsor a WA dubber to race on the other coast?

FUCH your early!

WELL another year has past (way to fast) and im back onto the buggy
last year was a big let down i had lots of this breaks down
i have run the buggy with more luck in the last year
and it is heaps of fun... not fast just fun
and thats what i hope for this year ... and minimal break downs 👍
i have even been fixing up my trailer and i made an A frame tool box
i cut it out of cheaker plate and welded up the box now i just have to have the lid folded
6 day to finish up oh and 6 nights 🙂
