Height, Width and Length of Kombi

Hi all,

I have an unusual question, what is the height, width and length of a typical kombi?
I ask because I'm looking to buy my first house and am interested in one particular one but the garage is not that large. I want to buy a Kombi to restore in the future so I don't want to paint myself into a corner.

Wheelbase 2400 mm
Length 4505 mm
Width 2040 mm
Height 1720 mm but would vary depending on the amount of sag in suspension.
weight differs by varient of course. i think my empty window van was 1280kgs
