Hi all,

I Need to source a set of coil overs for the Ghia.

Fronts need to fit in standard shock position
Rear mounts have yet to be fabricated so potentially have a bit more room to play with.

They need to be height adjustable and also have adjustable rate / rebound + integrated bump stops.

Not necessarily looking for an off the shelf kit - although that will obviously save a lot of headaches.

Can anyone recommend an outlet / manufacturer in Adelaide area??

Thanks in advance.

Mick.

There was a thread over on the Samba type 3 forum where a guy from England (I think) was putting a coil over set up in his type3. Some of the pictures and discussion may help you. Other than that perhaps give SMASA or one of the speed shops (Outlaws) a call and see if they could recommend anyone. It would probably end up being someone who does up chassis for drag cars or street machines. Sorry I can't be of more help but it's been twenty years since I got out of the game.

Cheers for the info - might take a trip down to outlaws - I've seen the thread over at thesamba and can get them off the shelf from the UK, but would rather use local stuff if I can - most of the good stuff is serviceable so would be good to get locally supported gear and not have to wait for spares to be shipped.
