Research confirms that drinking gives you the same benefits as yoga!!!

Savasana - Position of total relaxation.

Balasana - Position that brings the sensation of peace and calm.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana - This position calms the brain and heals tired legs.

Marjayasana - Position stimulates the midriff area and the spinal column.

Halasana - Excellent for back pain and insomnia

Salambhasana - Great exercise to stimulate the lumbar area, legs, and arms.

Ananda Balasana - This position is great for massaging the hip area.

Malasana - This position, for ankles and back muscles.

Dolphin - Excelent for the shoulder area, thorax, legs, and arms.

So, start drinking without fear or guilt!

Regards,

Matt.

No Chris,........ they're grand masters of yoga.

Actually, I think most of the drunk pics are from the USSR, no shortage of Vodka fuelled drunks there.🤪

!500s did you get to the motorcycle museum at one of the vineyards,we went last Anzac day to wine, wheels and wings and on the wine tour the next day the coach driver took us to a few smaller vineyards one of which had an excellent motorcycle museum. Because there was only the two of us on the tour the guide gave us extra treats and this was one of them. A great weekend even after the Navman took us through the National Park instead of the main road, that was a trip to remember, potholes with a capitol"P" and mud like I haven't seen for years, down to 10km/h at times and almost out of fuel with no servo's in sight we hit the car wash when we got there straight after filling up. Yep, that's Stein's Winery. Quite a good collection of old bikes there.
