Hey Guys

Does anyone know where i can find a simple guide to replacing and adjusting torsion bars, i got a VW type 3 work manual and a you tube video but they arnt helping at all,

please help

just watch your hand after pulling the spring plate past its keeper, and it really is necessary to chain the car to the jack, a 40cm long screwdriver was all that was keeping my car from lifting off the jack stands, also an angle finder is a handy bit of kit so if you can get hold of one it will make life a lot easier to reassemble
