what is the solution to fix the rust on the chrome extensions?
Do I need to replace or can I resleeve these?

there will be a clamp on each undo then pull out. replace with new ones and fitting kit.
beware if they have been there for a while the gaskets may be asbestos.

theyre not replaceable
thats one of them mexican OEM headers, theyre all one piece
wire brush and autosol is your best bet
its just low quality chrome plating, they all do it on bugs that see wet weather
