In today's Daily Telegraph:

CONJURE an image of Australian beach culture and it might well include a VW Kombi by the sand, surfboards on top and curtains hiding who-knows-what going on inside.

It doesn't matter that Volkswagen's iconic mobile is shaped like a loaf of bread and turns 60 this month - it is still an object of desire for countless young-at-heart Aussies.
